The ISHS/ProMusa alliance organizes a number of symposia, meetings and workshops:

• Global meetings to encourage exchange of ideas and collaboration between scientists and across disciplines

• Specialist workshops to stimulate R&D activity and to develop targeted project proposals for supplemental funding

• Specialist training workshops to pass on the skills and knowledge to practitioners in the regions

• Smaller project meetings organized on an ad hoc basis depending on projects’ needs
