The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is inviting applications from Indian nationals to pursue a doctoral degree in agriculture and allied sciences in selected overseas institutions and for foreign students to do the same in the best Indian Agricultural Universities in the ICAR-AUs system. Thirty Netaji Subhas-ICAR International Fellowships will be awarded. Each fellowship is for a period of three years. The allocation of fellowships between Indian and overseas candidates will depend upon the availability of good candidates in the identified priority areas.
