Global perspectives on Asian challenges
This symposium was organized by the Crop Protection and Crop Improvement working groups of ProMusa and hosted by the Guang Dong Academy for Agricultural Sciences (GDAAS), Guang Dong, China, from 14 to 18 September 2009. The symposium brought together over 180 experts from different parts of the world to share their experience and discuss genetic and management solutions to problems affecting banana production systems in Asia. The proceedings have been published in Acta Horticulturae.
