Turon
Turon, also known as lumpiyang saging (Filipino for banana lumpia), is a Philippine snack made of thinly sliced bananas (preferably Saba or Cardaba ) and a slice of jackfruit, dusted with brown sugar, rolled in a spring roll wrapper and fried.
